What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club will provide franchisees with their current standard form of Membership Agreement. Additionally, OpCo, an affiliate of Red Wagon Club, will enter into Membership Agreements with the RWC Business's members. This is provided both before the RWC Business opens and during its operation.
