We may market the System on the Internet, including ownership and use of any Online Presence and Contact Identifiers. We will maintain one or more consumer-focused websites for the Brand (the
"System Website") and list and advertise your RWC Business on all major Internet search engines, and on all major Internet consumer review websites. We may require that you: (1) provide us the information and materials we request to develop, update, and modify any System Website; and (2) notify us whenever any information on the System Website regarding you or your RWC Business is not accurate.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club does maintain a System Website. The FDD states that Red Wagon Club "will maintain one or more consumer-focused websites for the Brand (the 'System Website') and list and advertise your RWC Business on all major Internet search engines, and on all major Internet consumer review websites."
Red Wagon Club may require franchisees to provide information and materials to develop, update, and modify the System Website. Franchisees must also notify Red Wagon Club if any information on the System Website regarding their RWC Business is inaccurate.
Red Wagon Club also states that it "may market the System on the Internet, including ownership and use of any Online Presence and Contact Identifiers." Additionally, Red Wagon Club may require franchisees to obtain and use an email address associated with their registered domain name, with Red Wagon Club retaining unrestricted access to and sole ownership of all such email accounts.
