What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club FDD, the Local Advertising Requirement is a monthly obligation. Specifically, the Affiliate Law Firm Business must spend a minimum of $10,000 each month on local advertising and promotion. This expenditure is intended to boost both the Affiliate Law Firm Business and the franchisee's Red Wagon Club business.

This monthly advertising spend is a significant financial commitment for Red Wagon Club franchisees. It is important to note that franchisees may be required to participate in collective advertisements with other Red Wagon Club businesses in the same distribution area and pay their share of the costs.

Red Wagon Club also requires franchisees to list and advertise their RWC Business with online directories that the franchisor prescribes and to establish any other Online Presence that the franchisor requires or authorizes, each in accordance with the franchisor's System Standards. Franchisees must provide an accounting of their advertising expenditures every calendar quarter, within 30 days after the quarter concludes.
