During your operation of your RWC Business, we or one of our affiliates (or our designee) will:
- Provide you additional training, if you request it and we agree to provide it (Franchise Agreement, Section 4.A)

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club hosts periodic conventions, meetings, and ongoing training events that may be held remotely or at a location designated by them.
Red Wagon Club may also require franchisees or their Operating Principal and/or their Designated Manager to attend various ongoing training events, participate in online sessions, view training videos, and/or attend regional training or training at another event such as an annual meeting or convention. Attendance at additional training courses, programs, events, or the annual franchise owner conference may be required for up to 10 days during a calendar year.
Red Wagon Club will decide when and where this conference will be held, which may include through a virtual platform. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending such programs, courses, events, or meetings. Red Wagon Club may also charge a fee for these types of ongoing training activities.
