What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who is granted a sublicense to use the Marks and Licensed Materials in connection with their law firm business must use the Licensed Materials without modification unless the franchisor consents in writing. The Red Wagon Club franchisor may modify the Marks and Licensed Materials from time to time in its sole discretion.

The Red Wagon Club franchisee will notify the sublicensee in writing of such changes to the Marks and Licensed Materials that the franchisee receives from the franchisor. The sublicensee must implement the required changes immediately upon receipt of such notice, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

This means that as a Red Wagon Club franchisee, you must ensure that any sublicensee using the brand's materials through your franchise adheres to the most current versions approved by the franchisor. Failure to do so could result in a breach of the franchise agreement. It is also important to stay informed of any changes the franchisor makes to the Licensed Materials and to communicate those changes promptly to any sublicensees.
