The Red Wagon Club Franchise Agreement states that the Franchisee will license to the Affiliate Law Firm Business Owner certain rights to use Red Wagon Club's confidential information and certain intellectual property. This license is specifically in connection with the Affiliate Law Firm Business, and the terms and conditions of this arrangement are detailed in the Sublicense Agreement itself.
