What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated initial investment for computers and equipment ranges from $1,000 to $6,000. This cost is to cover the acquisition of a laptop, monitor, docking station, computer mouse, and keyboard for use in connection with the Red Wagon Club Business. Payment is due in a lump sum and is to be paid to outside suppliers.

However, the FDD also notes that if the Affiliate Law Firm Business's office meets the System Standards, a new Red Wagon Club franchisee may not be required to incur certain expenditures related to computers and equipment. This means that if the existing office space already has suitable equipment, the franchisee could potentially avoid this cost altogether.

Prospective franchisees should carefully assess the existing equipment at the Affiliate Law Firm Business's office to determine if it meets Red Wagon Club's System Standards. If the existing equipment is inadequate or needs to be upgraded, the franchisee should budget accordingly within the estimated range. It is important to clarify with Red Wagon Club what specific computer and equipment standards must be met to avoid unexpected costs.
