What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor determines the times and locations for any required additional training.

Red Wagon Club may require additional training for the Operating Principal or Designated Manager if they are not properly trained or if refresher training is needed. The franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with this training, including a training fee, transportation, lodging, and other related expenses. The FDD states that additional training will be provided at the times and location(s) of Red Wagon Club's choice, regardless of whether the franchisee or Red Wagon Club requested the training.

The cost for additional or ongoing training is $1,000 per day, per trainer, plus expenses. If the Operating Partner does not complete the required additional training to Red Wagon Club's satisfaction, the Franchise Agreement may be terminated. This highlights the importance of ensuring that the Operating Principal and Designated Manager are adequately trained and willing to undergo additional training if required by Red Wagon Club.
