Additional training will be provided at the times and location(s) of our choice, whether requested by you or us. You will be charged the then-current rate for additional training, plus the cost of transportation, lodging, and other associated expenses. If your Operating Partner is unable or unwilling to complete the additional required training to our satisfaction, we may terminate the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor determines the times and locations for any required additional training. The FDD specifies that if Red Wagon Club determines that an Operating Principal or Designated Manager is not adequately trained, they may require that person to cease providing services and/or undergo further training.
Red Wagon Club also reserves the right to mandate refresher training for franchisees or their Designated Managers if deemed necessary. This additional training will be provided at times and locations of Red Wagon Club's choosing, regardless of whether the franchisee or Red Wagon Club initiates the request.
This policy has significant implications for franchisees. They may incur additional costs for training, including a $1,000 per day, per trainer fee, plus the cost of transportation, lodging, and other associated expenses. Furthermore, failure to complete the required additional training to Red Wagon Club's satisfaction can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement, highlighting the importance of adhering to the franchisor's training requirements.
