What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club FDD, the franchisor determines the time and location for any additional training that may be required. If Red Wagon Club determines that an Operating Principal or Designated Manager is not adequately trained, they may require the individual to cease providing services until they complete additional training.

The additional training will be provided at a time and location of Red Wagon Club's choosing. The franchisee is responsible for the then-current rate for additional training, as well as the costs of transportation, lodging, and other associated expenses. The FDD specifies that currently, additional training costs $1,000 per trainer, per day, plus costs and expenses.

Failure to complete the required additional training to Red Wagon Club's satisfaction can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. However, if the training programs are completed to the franchisor's satisfaction, and the individual does not express any concerns about their training, they will be deemed sufficiently trained to operate a Red Wagon Club business.
