During your operation of your RWC Business, we or one of our affiliates (or our designee) will:

- Designate, approve, and update the Operating Assets; approved suppliers, products, and services; the System Standards; and Operations Manual (Franchise Agreement, 4.B, 9.A, 9.C, 9.D);

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club or one of its affiliates (or their designee) designates, approves, and updates the Operating Assets for the franchise. This also includes the approved suppliers, products, and services; the System Standards; and Operations Manual.
This means that as a Red Wagon Club franchisee, you are required to use the Operating Assets that Red Wagon Club has designated and approved. You cannot choose your own assets or suppliers without the approval of Red Wagon Club. This ensures consistency across all Red Wagon Club franchises and helps to maintain the brand's standards.
