What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may incur costs for additional training under certain circumstances. While the initial training program for two owners or representatives is provided without charge, additional training may be required if the Operating Principal or Designated Manager is deemed inadequately trained. Red Wagon Club may also require refresher training for the franchisee or Designated Manager during the franchise term.

The cost for this additional training is $1,000 per day, per trainer, plus expenses. These expenses cover transportation, lodging, and other associated costs. The location and timing of the additional training are determined by Red Wagon Club.

It's important to note that failure to complete the required additional training to Red Wagon Club's satisfaction can lead to termination of the Franchise Agreement. This highlights the importance of ensuring that the franchisee and their staff meet Red Wagon Club's training standards to avoid potential penalties and maintain compliance with the franchise agreement.
