What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated initial investment for 'Computers and Equipment' ranges from $1,000 to $6,000. This expenditure covers the acquisition of essential computer hardware for operating the Red Wagon Club business. Specifically, this includes a laptop, monitor, docking station, computer mouse, and keyboard.
The payment for these items is typically made in a lump sum to outside suppliers as the expenses are incurred. However, the FDD also notes that if the Affiliate Law Firm Business's office meets the System Standards, a new franchisee may not be required to incur certain expenditures related to computers and equipment.
Prospective franchisees should confirm with Red Wagon Club whether the existing computer equipment at the Affiliate Law Firm Business meets the required standards, potentially reducing their initial investment. It is important to factor in this cost, or potential cost savings, when evaluating the overall financial commitment required to start a Red Wagon Club franchise.
