What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Red Wagon Club Franchise Disclosure Document, Red Wagon Club may require you or your Operating Principal and/or your Designated Manager to attend various ongoing training events, participate in online sessions, view training videos, and/or attend regional training or training at another event such as an annual meeting or convention. These may also include courses and programs provided by third parties. Red Wagon Club may also require attendance at an annual conference of franchise owners, potentially through a virtual platform. These training activities may be required for up to 10 days during a calendar year.

Red Wagon Club may charge a fee for these ongoing training activities. In addition to the training fees, the franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with attending these programs, courses, events, or meetings. This includes travel, lodging, and other associated expenses.

Furthermore, if Red Wagon Club determines that your Operating Principal or Designated Manager is not properly trained, they may require them to cease providing services or to be retrained. This additional training will be provided at a time and location of Red Wagon Club's choice, and you will be charged the then-current rate for additional training, plus associated expenses. Failure to complete the required additional training to Red Wagon Club's satisfaction may result in termination of the Franchise Agreement.
