What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Red Wagon Club's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a prospective franchisee must enter into a Franchise Agreement to acquire a franchise. This agreement, along with the Operations Manual, governs the development and operation of the franchisee's Red Wagon Club business.
In addition to the Franchise Agreement with Red Wagon Club Franchise, LLC, the franchisee must also enter into a Sublicense Agreement with the Affiliate Law Firm Business. This Sublicense Agreement grants the Affiliate Law Firm Business limited rights to use certain confidential information and intellectual property related to the operation of the Affiliate Law Firm Business.
These agreements are crucial for defining the relationship between the franchisee, Red Wagon Club, and the affiliated law firm, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of each party. Prospective franchisees should carefully review both the Franchise Agreement and the Sublicense Agreement (Exhibits A and B of the FDD) to fully understand their commitments and the legal framework governing their Red Wagon Club business.
