What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the My Salon Suite University training program is subject to change without notice. This flexibility allows My Salon Suite to update the training materials, methods, and manuals to reflect current best practices, as well as to accommodate changes in personnel.

The training subjects, duration, and format may vary depending on the attendees' experience and the franchisor's discretion. My Salon Suite may deliver portions of the training via the Internet or webinars, and reserves the right to convert online training to in-person sessions. This adaptability ensures that new franchisees receive the most relevant and effective training possible.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that My Salon Suite can modify the training program to suit the needs of the franchise system. While this can be beneficial in keeping the training current, it also means that the specific content and delivery method of the training may differ from what is initially expected. Franchisees should inquire about the most up-to-date training schedule and content during their due diligence.
