Where will the My Salon Suite University training be conducted?

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the My Salon Suite University training program will be conducted online, through on-demand education, or at another location designated by My Salon Suite. The document states that My Salon Suite has the right to convert the My Salon Suite University from online training to in-person training. Additionally, My Salon Suite provides components of the My Salon Suite University by webinar or via the Internet, as it deems appropriate.

Prospective franchisees should note that all expenses related to training, including transportation to and from the training site, meals, and salaries during training, are the franchisee's sole responsibility. This applies to both the initial training program and any additional training programs or refresher courses that My Salon Suite may require.

My Salon Suite may also offer and require franchisees and their personnel to attend additional training programs and/or refresher courses as deemed necessary. Franchisees may be required to attend up to two days of additional training each year and will be responsible for paying My Salon Suite's training tuition fee for such additional training. If the additional training is conducted at the approved location, the franchisee will also be required to pay My Salon Suite's reasonable travel and accommodation expenses.
