What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 My Salon Suite Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite provides the My Salon Suite University Program subject to the availability of their training staff and at their sole discretion. This initial training program is mandatory for franchisees and any designated manager who will oversee the daily operations of the franchised business. This individual must attend and complete the training program to the franchisor's satisfaction, ideally 60 days before the business's effective date.

The FDD specifies that if the franchisee is a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company, at least one general partner, principal shareholder, or manager must complete the training. My Salon Suite offers this training tuition-free for the franchisee and one additional individual. All trainees designated before the business opens must attend My Salon Suite University concurrently.

My Salon Suite retains the flexibility to modify the training format, transitioning from online to in-person sessions as deemed necessary. They also have the right to substitute instructors with individuals possessing similar experience or proper training. Franchisees should recognize that while My Salon Suite is obligated to provide the training program, its availability is contingent on the franchisor's staff and is ultimately at their discretion.
