What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Conversion Franchise Addendum is included as Exhibit D. This addendum is specifically for existing salon businesses looking to convert their current operations into a My Salon Suite franchise.
The Conversion Franchise Addendum outlines the terms and conditions that differ from those offered to new My Salon Suite locations. This suggests that franchisees converting an existing salon may have different requirements or obligations compared to those starting a new franchise from the ground up.
Prospective franchisees who are considering converting an existing salon to a My Salon Suite should carefully review Exhibit D. Understanding the specific terms and conditions outlined in the Conversion Franchise Addendum is crucial for making an informed decision about this type of franchise opportunity.
