Right to Inspect**.
Franchisor and/or its designees will have the irrevocable right to enter and inspect the Franchised Business and the Approved Location at all reasonable times in order to: (i) ensure that Franchisee is properly using and displaying the Proprietary Marks in the operation of the Franchised Business; (ii) observe the manner in which Franchisee is rendering its services and conducting its activities and operations to ensure compliance with System Standards and specifications; and (iii) inspect facilities, financials, equipment, supplies, reports, forms and documents and related data to ensure that Franchisee is otherwise operating the Franchised Business in accordance with the quality control provisions and performance standards established by Franchisor.
Franchisor and/or its designee also have the right, at any reasonable time, to remove sufficient quantities of any item used in the rendering of services, to test whether such item meets Franchisor's then-current standards.
Franchisor may conduct such inspections during any regular business hours of the Franchised Business (as prescribed herein or the Manual) without notice to the Franchisee, provided Franchisor has a good faith belief that its inspection will not substantially disrupt the operations of the Franchised Business.
Otherwise, Franchisor may provide twenty- four (24) hours' notice of such inspection.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite has specific rights regarding access to the franchised business. My Salon Suite, and/or its designees, have the irrevocable right to enter and inspect the Franchised Business and the Approved Location at all reasonable times.
This access is granted for several reasons: to ensure franchisees are properly using and displaying My Salon Suite's Proprietary Marks, to observe how franchisees are providing services and conducting operations to ensure they comply with System Standards, and to inspect facilities, financials, equipment, supplies, reports, forms, documents, and related data to ensure franchisees are operating in accordance with quality control and performance standards. My Salon Suite also has the right to remove items used in the rendering of services in order to test whether such items meet My Salon Suite's standards.
My Salon Suite can conduct inspections during regular business hours without notice, provided they have a good faith belief that the inspection will not substantially disrupt operations. Otherwise, My Salon Suite will provide twenty-four (24) hours' notice of such inspection. This ensures that My Salon Suite can maintain its brand standards and quality control across all franchise locations, while also respecting the franchisee's business operations.
