- Provide you with assistance with obtaining equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory and supplies needed to open your Franchised Business by providing you with our list of all items needed to open your Franchised Business, our specifications, and our proprietary list of Approved Vendors for certain of those items (as applicable). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 My Salon Suite FDD, Section 8.B of the Franchise Agreement relates to assistance with obtaining equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies needed to open the Franchised Business. My Salon Suite provides a list of needed items, specifications, and a list of approved vendors. However, the franchisee is responsible for the delivery and installation of these items.
Additionally, Sections 8.E, 9.D, and 9.E of the Franchise Agreement address advertising and promotional materials or plans for the grand opening of the Franchised Business. My Salon Suite will assist with the grand opening advertising campaign as they deem appropriate.
Section 10.1 of the Franchise Agreement states that My Salon Suite University must be completed to the franchisor's satisfaction 60 days before the franchisee opens the Franchised Business. This training is conducted virtually and is tuition-free for the franchisee and one additional employee.
