The franchisee's rights are tied to the use of My Salon Suite's Proprietary Marks, which include trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and other identifying symbols. These marks are licensed to the franchisor, allowing them to sublicense their use to franchisees. The franchisor maintains control over the use of these marks to ensure consistent quality, appearance, and service standards across all franchised locations. Franchisees must adhere to the System Standards outlined in the franchise agreement and any additional requirements prescribed by the franchisor to maintain the integrity of the My Salon Suite brand.
