What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for all training-related expenses, including transportation, meals, and salaries, for themselves and their trainees during the initial My Salon Suite University training program. This applies to the franchisee, any designated manager, and any additional personnel the franchisee wishes to have participate in the training.
Specifically, if the franchisee wants more than one additional person to attend My Salon Suite University, they must pay My Salon Suite $2,000 for each additional person. On top of this tuition fee, the franchisee is still responsible for covering all training-related expenses like transportation, meals, and salaries for these additional personnel.
Furthermore, the FDD states that for any additional training programs or refresher courses that My Salon Suite may require, the franchisee is solely responsible for all expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, for themselves, their management, and their employees.
