Franchisee shall be responsible for obtaining all zoning classifications and clearances which may be required by state or local laws, ordinances, or regulations or which may be necessary due to any restrictive covenants relating to the Franchised Business and/or the Approved Location.

Prior to beginning the construction of the Franchised Business, Franchisee shall: (i) obtain all permits, licenses and certifications required in connection with the lawful construction or remodeling, as well as the operation of, the Franchised Business at the Approved Location; and (ii) certify in writing to Franchisor that the insurance coverage specified in this Franchise Agreement is in full force and effect, and that all required approvals, clearances, permits and certifications have been obtained.

Upon written request, Franchisee must provide to Franchisor additional copies of Franchisee's insurance policies or certificates of insurance and copies of all such approvals, clearances, permits and certifications.
