What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite does not mandate a minimum amount of industry experience for its training managers or those who assist them. However, the FDD lists the years of experience in the industry for the training managers.
While My Salon Suite does not require a minimum amount of experience, the training managers listed in the FDD have varying years of experience in the industry. For example, Nicole Reaves has 20+ years of experience, while Erica Ortiz has 2+ years of experience. This suggests that while not mandatory, My Salon Suite values industry experience in its training staff.
Prospective franchisees should note that failure to complete the initial training program, My Salon Suite University, to My Salon Suite's satisfaction may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. This underscores the importance of thorough engagement with the training provided, regardless of the formal experience levels of the trainers.
