This Site Selection Addendum constitutes an integral part of the Franchise
Agreement between the parties hereto, and the terms of this Site Selection Addendum shall be
controlling with respect to the subject matter hereof.
Except as Site Selection Addendum, the terms of the Franchise Agreement are modified or supplemented by this hereby ratified and confirmed.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 My Salon Suite Franchise Disclosure Document, the Site Selection Addendum is an integral part of the Franchise Agreement. The terms outlined in the Site Selection Addendum serve to modify or supplement the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Once the Site Selection Addendum is executed, the terms of the original Franchise Agreement are ratified and confirmed, except as specifically altered by the addendum.
My Salon Suite requires a Site Selection Addendum to ensure that both parties are in agreement regarding the location of the franchise. However, My Salon Suite states that its approval of a site does not constitute an assurance, representation, or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the suitability of the site for the Franchised Business. The franchisee acknowledges that the suitability of the site is their own independent investigation.
This addendum ensures that the franchisee understands that My Salon Suite is not responsible if the site fails to meet the franchisee's expectations regarding revenue or operational criteria. The franchisee bears the responsibility for conducting their own due diligence to determine if the site is suitable for their My Salon Suite business.
