What is the purpose of My Salon Suite's inspections of the Approved Location?

Brand Building Fund but reserve the right to increase the required contribution up to two percent (2%) of Gross Revenues. We may dissolve the Brand Building Fund upon written notice (Sections 8.G. and 9.C. of the Franchise Agreement).

We may conduct, as we deem advisable in our sole discretion, inspections of the Approved Location and your operations generally to ensure compliance with our Franchise System standards and specifications (Sections 8.J. and 12.E. of the Franchise Agreement). We may also prepare written reports outlining any suggested changes or improvements in the operations of the Franchised Business, as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, and detail any deficiencies that become evident as a result of any visit. If we prepare a report, you may request a copy from us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite may conduct inspections of the Approved Location and the franchisee's operations to ensure compliance with the standards and specifications of the My Salon Suite franchise system. These inspections are conducted at My Salon Suite's discretion.
Following an inspection, My Salon Suite may prepare written reports that outline suggested changes or improvements in the operations of the Franchised Business. These reports may also detail any deficiencies that become evident during the visit. If My Salon Suite prepares a report, the franchisee can request a copy from them.
If My Salon Suite determines during an inspection that a franchisee is not operating in compliance with the Franchise Agreement, they may require the franchisee to attend remedial training to address the identified operational deficiencies. This ensures that all franchisees adhere to the brand's standards and maintain consistency across all locations.
