According to the 2025 My Salon Suite FDD, the 'Proprietary Marks' include the trademark "My Salon Suite" in both word and design mark form. These marks also encompass other trade names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, designs, graphics, logos, emblems, insignia, fascia, slogans, drawings, and other commercial symbols related to the "My Salon Suite" trademark. These marks are designated by My Salon Suite to be used in connection with the Franchised Business and/or the System.

My Salon Suite grants franchisees the right to use these Proprietary Marks to operate their franchise. Franchisees must adhere to the System Standards and other requirements prescribed by My Salon Suite. Franchisees also agree not to use any of the Proprietary Marks, including "My Salon Suite", in any domain name or URL for any Internet site or website they establish or operate. My Salon Suite retains the exclusive right to advertise on the Internet and create websites using the "My Salon Suite" name.

My Salon Suite aims to protect the goodwill and unique qualities of its franchise system through the use of Proprietary Marks. Franchisees are expected to refrain from any conduct that could bring these marks into disrepute. Franchisees must list their local telephone number under the Proprietary Mark "My Salon Suite" or other designation specified by My Salon Suite in any directory. Any improvements or additions to the System, including new trade names, marks, or logos developed by the franchisee, become the property of My Salon Suite.
