whether the plans are acceptable. If Franchisor fails to notify Franchisee in writing of any objection within such period, Franchisee may use the resubmitted plans. Franchisee acknowledges that Franchisor's review of such plans relates only to compliance with the System and that acceptance by Franchisor of such plans does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, by Franchisor that such plans are accurate or free of error concerning their design or structural application. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Project Management Fee is generally non-refundable. The franchisee must pay My Salon Suite a $5,000 project management fee for assistance with design, service bids, the bid process, service management, and a job site visit if deemed necessary.
This fee, along with any additional site assistance fees, is due within five days of the invoice date. Once paid, the Project Management Fee is considered fully earned by My Salon Suite and is non-refundable to the franchisee.
This means that once a My Salon Suite franchisee pays the $5,000 Project Management Fee, they cannot get it back, even if the project is not completed or if they decide not to move forward with the franchise. Franchisees should be aware of this non-refundable policy before paying the fee.
