What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Project Management Fee is invoiced within 30 days of signing the lease. This fee amounts to $5,000 and covers assistance with design, service bids, the bid process, and service management, including a job site visit if deemed necessary by My Salon Suite.

For a prospective My Salon Suite franchisee, this means that shortly after securing a lease for their salon suite location, they should expect an invoice for $5,000. This fee is due in full within 5 days of the invoice date. It's important to factor this relatively immediate cost into the initial financial planning for the franchise.

The FDD specifies that the Project Management Fee is non-refundable and considered fully earned by My Salon Suite once paid. If additional job site visits are required or if any visit exceeds two days, the franchisee will incur further costs at the then-current rate of $500 per day, plus any travel and living expenses incurred by My Salon Suite. Franchisees should be aware of these potential additional expenses and factor them into their budget if they anticipate needing extended or multiple site visits.
