According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Operations Manual serves as the primary instruction material during My Salon Suite University. However, My Salon Suite University is subject to change without notice to reflect updates in the materials, methods, and manuals, as well as changes in personnel.
My Salon Suite University is intended to protect and maintain the System and the Marks and not to control the day-to-day operation of your Franchised Business. The training subjects may vary, and the training may be less than the times indicated depending on the number and experience of the attendees. The subjects taught and the time periods allocated for each subject may vary based on the experience of the people being trained.
My Salon Suite also provides certain portions of My Salon Suite University via the Internet or webinar. After My Salon Suite University is completed, it is recommended that all owners attend My Salon Suite University every 5 years. My Salon Suite provides the initial introduction to My Salon Suite University at no charge for up to two people, but you must pay a $2,000 fee for training each additional person.
