What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite has the right, but not the obligation, to establish and maintain a website. This website may promote the Proprietary Marks, Franchised Businesses, products offered at the salons, and the franchising of Franchised Businesses and/or the System.

This means that as a franchisee, you cannot rely on My Salon Suite to create or maintain a website to support your specific location. While My Salon Suite may choose to have a website for the overall brand and franchise system, they are not required to do so.

However, franchisees are prohibited from creating their own websites using My Salon Suite's proprietary marks without express written consent from the franchisor. This restriction ensures brand consistency and control over the online representation of My Salon Suite. Franchisees need to be aware that any advertising or marketing materials they propose, including website content, are subject to My Salon Suite's approval, and this approval can be revoked. My Salon Suite also reserves the right to require specific language on all advertising, such as "Franchises Available" and contact information for the franchisor.
