What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite retains the right to modify the payment interval or method for any fees franchisees are required to pay under the Franchise Agreement. My Salon Suite must provide notice to the franchisee before making such changes, and this notice can be delivered through the Manual or any other method My Salon Suite deems appropriate.

This provision grants My Salon Suite considerable flexibility in managing its revenue collection processes. For a prospective franchisee, this means that the frequency of payments for royalties, marketing fees, or other charges could change during the term of the agreement. While the franchisee would be notified, they would not have the ability to negotiate these changes.

Franchisees should be prepared for potential adjustments to their cash flow management as a result of this clause. It is important to stay informed of any updates or notices from My Salon Suite regarding payment schedules to avoid late fees or other penalties. Franchisees should inquire about how frequently these payment terms have been modified in the past and under what circumstances such changes are typically implemented.
