Among other terms, the Franchise Agreement attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document requires an initial franchise fee of $50,000 and a continuing Service Fee of 5.5%.
Franchisor may offer, and require Franchisee and other personnel Franchisor designates to attend, additional training programs and/or refresher courses, as Franchisor deems necessary.
