According to the 2025 My Salon Suite FDD, if My Salon Suite implements a system-wide area computer network, intranet system, or extranet system, the franchisee may be required to use it to view and print portions of the Manual, including any updates or modifications. The franchisee must use these facilities in strict compliance with the standards, protocols, and restrictions that My Salon Suite includes in the Manual. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of information and refraining from any prohibited communications.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that they are responsible for any licensing and/or maintenance fees associated with any intranet or extranet system.
