Franchisee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations regarding the operation of the Franchised Business (including, without limitation, all government regulations relating to commercial leasing and hair salon operations and the products and services provided by the Franchised Business, occupational hazards and health, trademark and copyright infringement, consumer protection, trade regulation, worker's compensation, unemployment insurance, withholding and payment of Federal and State income taxes and social security taxes and sales, use and property taxes, and the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act regarding the construction, design and operation of the Franchised Business).

Franchisee must also obtain and maintain all permits, licenses, and registrations required for the lawful operation of the Franchised Business and comply with all health and safety codes.
