What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with printing revised advertising materials. My Salon Suite retains the right to revise its Franchise System and any copyrighted materials at its discretion. This includes the ability to require franchisees to stop using outdated copyrighted materials.
This means that if My Salon Suite updates its advertising, marketing, or other business materials, franchisees must bear the expense of printing the updated versions. This could include brochures, flyers, posters, or any other promotional items used to market the franchise.
For a prospective My Salon Suite franchisee, this implies a potential ongoing cost to maintain brand consistency and adhere to the franchisor's standards. It is important to factor in these potential expenses when evaluating the overall investment and operating costs of the franchise. Franchisees should budget for periodic updates to marketing materials and be prepared to cover the associated printing costs to remain compliant with My Salon Suite's requirements.
