We may conduct, as we deem advisable in our sole discretion, inspections of the Approved Location and your operations generally to ensure compliance with our Franchise System standards and specifications (Sections 8.J. and 12.E. of the Franchise Agreement).
We may also prepare written reports outlining any suggested changes or improvements in the operations of the Franchised Business, as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, and detail any deficiencies that become evident as a result of any visit.
If we prepare a report, you may request a copy from us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 My Salon Suite Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite may conduct inspections of the franchisee's location to ensure compliance with the franchise system standards. Following these inspections, My Salon Suite may prepare written reports detailing suggested changes or improvements, as well as any deficiencies found.
The FDD states that if My Salon Suite prepares an inspection report, the franchisee has the option to request a copy of it from them. This allows the franchisee to be informed of any issues identified during the inspection and to take corrective actions.
This is a beneficial practice for franchisees as it provides transparency and allows them to understand areas where their business may need improvement to meet the franchisor's standards. Franchisees should maintain open communication with My Salon Suite and promptly address any deficiencies noted in the inspection reports to ensure ongoing compliance and the success of their franchise.
