According to the 2025 My Salon Suite Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must satisfy the then-current training requirements for renewing franchisees at their sole expense prior to the renewal date to be eligible for renewal.
To renew their My Salon Suite franchise, franchisees must meet several conditions. These include providing notice of renewal between 9 months and one year before the term ends, demonstrating the right to operate at the approved location or securing a substitute location, and completing all necessary updates to the premises and required hardware and software. Franchisees must also be in compliance with all agreements, satisfy all monetary obligations, and execute the then-current form of the franchise agreement, which may contain materially different terms.
Additionally, franchisees are required to execute a general release in favor of My Salon Suite and its affiliates.
