Franchisees are required to sign our franchise agreement for the Franchised Business. Our current form of franchise agreement is attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit C.
In addition, we may offer existing salon businesses the opportunity to convert to the My Salon Suite Franchise System ("Conversion Franchise"). The terms and conditions of the offer to you if you are a conversion franchisee ("Conversion Franchisee") will differ in certain aspects from New Locations, and you will be required to sign our Conversion Franchise Addendum, which is attached as Exhibit D to this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard franchise agreement is included as an exhibit. Specifically, Item 1 states that the current form of the franchise agreement is attached to the Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit C. Additionally, if a franchisee is converting an existing salon business to a My Salon Suite franchise, they will be required to sign a Conversion Franchise Addendum, which is attached as Exhibit D. Therefore, prospective franchisees can review the complete terms and conditions of both the standard franchise agreement and the conversion addendum (if applicable) by referring to these exhibits within the FDD.
