Along with the samples, the franchisee needs to provide a written statement explaining why the vendor should be approved for use within the My Salon Suite franchise system.
My Salon Suite may charge a fee for evaluating the proposed vendor. This evaluation fee ranges from approximately $100 to $500 per evaluation. My Salon Suite is required to respond to the franchisee's request within 60 days, but they generally respond within 7 days. The franchisee must receive written approval from My Salon Suite before using products from the non-approved vendor. My Salon Suite retains the right to revoke approval at any time if they determine the vendor no longer meets their standards. If approval is revoked, the franchisee must immediately stop selling the disapproved products and stop purchasing from the disapproved vendor.
