My_Salon_Suite Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In the event we schedule a conference, we require you to attend for up to three (3) days each year and pay our then-current registration fee (Section 8.H. of the Franchise Agreement).

If you do not attend the conference we will charge you the thencurrent registration fee and a fee for non-attendance.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee does not attend the annual conference, which they are required to attend for up to three days each year, they will be charged both the then-current registration fee and a separate fee for non-attendance. The FDD specifies that franchisees must pay the then-current registration fee to attend the conference.

This policy means that franchisees who miss the annual conference will incur two distinct charges: the standard registration fee that attendees pay, plus an additional penalty for not being present. The FDD does not specify the amount of either the registration fee or the non-attendance fee, only that they are the 'then-current' amounts.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the current amounts of both the conference registration fee and the non-attendance fee to fully understand the financial implications of missing the annual conference. Understanding these costs is crucial for budgeting and ensuring compliance with My Salon Suite's franchise agreement.
