Franchisees are required to sign our franchise agreement for the Franchised Business. Our current form of franchise agreement is attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit C.
In addition, we may offer existing salon businesses the opportunity to convert to the My Salon Suite Franchise System ("Conversion Franchise"). The terms and conditions of the offer to you if you are a conversion franchisee ("Conversion Franchisee") will differ in certain aspects from New Locations, and you will be required to sign our Conversion Franchise Addendum, which is attached as Exhibit D to this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 My Salon Suite Franchise Disclosure Document, the standard franchise agreement that franchisees are required to sign is included as Exhibit C. Additionally, the FDD mentions that there is a separate addendum (Exhibit D) for franchisees converting existing salon businesses into My Salon Suite franchises.
For prospective franchisees, this means that Exhibit C of the FDD contains the agreement that will govern the relationship between the franchisee and My Salon Suite. It is important to carefully review this document with legal counsel to fully understand the obligations, responsibilities, and rights of both parties.
Furthermore, if a franchisee is converting an existing salon business, they should pay close attention to Exhibit D, the Conversion Franchise Addendum, as it will modify certain terms and conditions of the standard franchise agreement. Understanding these differences is crucial for conversion franchisees to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with the franchise system.
