My_Salon_Suite Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Franchisees are required to sign our franchise agreement for the Franchised Business. Our current form of franchise agreement is attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit C.

In addition, we may offer existing salon businesses the opportunity to convert to the My Salon Suite Franchise System ("Conversion Franchise"). The terms and conditions of the offer to you if you are a conversion franchisee ("Conversion Franchisee") will differ in certain aspects from New Locations, and you will be required to sign our Conversion Franchise Addendum, which is attached as Exhibit D to this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 My Salon Suite Franchise Disclosure Document, the current form of the franchise agreement is included as Exhibit C. Additionally, if a franchisee is converting an existing salon business to a My Salon Suite franchise, the Conversion Franchise Addendum is attached as Exhibit D.

It is important to note that the franchise agreement attached to the FDD requires an initial franchise fee of $50,000 and a continuing service fee of 5.5%. However, the financial performance representation included in the FDD states that the franchise agreement to which each franchisee included in the analysis is subject to is different from the franchise agreement attached as Exhibit C.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review Exhibit C and Exhibit D (if applicable) to understand the terms and conditions of the My Salon Suite franchise agreement and Conversion Franchise Addendum. They should also consult with financial, business, and legal advisors to fully understand the implications of these documents.
