Can My Salon Suite discontinue operation of the Website at any time?

nd any other policies we designate in the Franchise Operations Manual or otherwise in writing from time to time; (ii) utilize any templates that we provide to you to create and/or modify such site(s) (Section 9.F. of the Franchise Agreement).
We have the right, but not the obligation, to establish and maintain a website or websites that may, without limitation, promote the Marks and/or the Franchise System (the "Website"), including your Franchised Business. We have sole control over all aspects of the Website, including, without limitation, its design, content, functionality, links to other websites, legal notices, and policies and terms of usage. We also have the right to discontinue operation of the Website at any time without notice to you. We have the right to modify our policies regarding your use of social media and Internet websites in connection with your Franchised Business as we deem necessary or appropriate in the best interest of the Franchise System. We and our affiliates are the sole registrant of the Internet domain name www.mysuitesalon.com, as well as any other Internet domain names that we or our affiliates register in the future.

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, My Salon Suite has the right to discontinue the operation of its website at any time without providing notice to franchisees. This website may promote the My Salon Suite brand and franchise system, including individual franchised businesses. My Salon Suite maintains sole control over all aspects of the website, including its design, content, functionality, links, legal notices, policies, and terms of usage.
This policy means that franchisees rely on My Salon Suite to maintain an online presence. If My Salon Suite chooses to discontinue the website, franchisees may lose a channel for attracting customers and promoting their individual locations. This could impact their business if they rely on the website for visibility.
While My Salon Suite can discontinue the website, they also have the right to modify policies regarding a franchisee's use of social media and internet websites in connection with their franchised business. Franchisees are not allowed to register any internet domain name that contains words used in or similar to any brand name owned by My Salon Suite or its affiliates. Franchisees may not use any website for the Franchised Business other than the Website.
