What are the consequences if a My Salon Suite franchisee fails to complete My Salon Suite University?

According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee or their designated manager fails to complete My Salon Suite University within the time frame outlined in the Franchise Agreement, My Salon Suite has the right to terminate the agreement immediately. Upon termination, the franchisee will not be entitled to a refund of the initial franchise fee or any other expenses they incurred related to My Salon Suite University.

However, My Salon Suite does provide some options before termination occurs. If the franchisee or designated manager does not complete the training to My Salon Suite's satisfaction, they may repeat the course. Alternatively, for an employee, the franchisee can send a replacement to the next available training session. My Salon Suite may charge its current training tuition fee for the franchisee to re-attend or for replacement personnel to attend My Salon Suite University.

It is important to note that My Salon Suite also requires that the franchisee's franchised business always has at least one individual on staff who has successfully completed My Salon Suite University.
