What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Building Fund contribution is due at the same time as the Royalty Fee. The Royalty Fee is due on or before the 10th day of each month. Therefore, the Brand Building Fund contribution is also due on or before the 10th day of each month.
The Brand Building Fund contribution is currently a minimum of $200 per month, but My Salon Suite has the right to increase this contribution up to 2% of your monthly Gross Revenues. This fund is used by My Salon Suite to promote and build the My Salon Suite franchise brand.
It's important to note that late payments of the Brand Building Fund Contribution will incur a fee of $50 per day until the payment is made. Additionally, failure to submit required reports can result in a fee of $100 per occurrence and $50 per day. These fines, if collected, are paid to the Brand Building Fund, if established, or to My Salon Suite.
