What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Project Management Fee of $5,000. This fee covers assistance with design, service bids, the bid process, and service management. It also includes a job site visit if My Salon Suite deems it necessary.
This Project Management Fee will be invoiced within 30 days of signing the lease and is due in full within 5 days of the invoice date. It is a uniform fee, meaning it is the same for all franchisees, and is considered fully earned by My Salon Suite once paid. The fee is also non-refundable.
In addition to the initial $5,000 fee, franchisees may incur further costs for job site visits. If a visit is required or if any visit extends beyond two days, My Salon Suite will charge its then-current fee, which is currently $500 per day, plus any travel and living expenses incurred by them. This could potentially add a significant expense to the initial project management fee depending on the complexity and duration of the required assistance.
