whether the plans are acceptable. If Franchisor fails to notify Franchisee in writing of any objection within such period, Franchisee may use the resubmitted plans. Franchisee acknowledges that Franchisor's review of such plans relates only to compliance with the System and that acceptance by Franchisor of such plans does not constitute a representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, by Franchisor that such plans are accurate or free of error concerning their design or structural application. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to My Salon Suite's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a Project Management Fee of $5,000 to the franchisor. This fee covers My Salon Suite's assistance with the design, service bids, bid process, and service management for the franchisee's location. It also includes a job site visit if deemed necessary by the franchisor.
If the franchisee requires more than two site assistance visits, or if any site assistance visit lasts longer than two days, the franchisee will be required to pay My Salon Suite's current fee, in addition to covering any reasonable travel and living expenses incurred by the franchisor.
The Project Management Fee, along with any additional site assistance fees, are due within five days of the invoice date. Once paid, these fees are considered fully earned by My Salon Suite and are non-refundable. This means that even if the project is not completed or the franchisee decides not to proceed, the franchisee will not receive a refund of the Project Management Fee.
