According to the 2025 Gold Star Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are licensed to use trademarks containing the words "Gold Star" and "Gold Star Chili". Gold Star may also authorize the use of other current or future marks in writing. The primary trademarks, names, symbols, and logos are detailed in Exhibit A of the Franchise Agreement. These restrictions are likely in place to ensure brand consistency and protect the integrity of the Gold Star brand.
